Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Team Leader’s role offers exposure to all facets of human resources including enterprise bargaining, occupational health and safety, WorkCover, industrial relations, policy development, recruitment and training.

An exciting opportunity exists for a graduate (or near qualified graduate) to join our team of building control professionals based in Swan Hill. Applicants will have high level communication skills, be team orientated and committed to customer service. Whilst under the direct supervision of the Building Manager/Municipal Building Surveyor duties will include processing of building applications, inspection of buildings, regulatory compliance / audits and advice and customer service and be conversant with all aspects of building control legislation.
Salary: within the range of $48,000 to $57,000
