SWAN HILL RURAL CITY COUNCIL

CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER

An opening currently exists in Council's Customer Service area for a Customer Services Officer to assist with word processing, reception, clerical and administrative support.  Duties involve direct contact with Council customers, switchboard operation, and general administration, including the use of spreadsheets and some revenue responsibilities.

Applicants must be committed to high standards of presentation and customer service, have well developed oral and written communication skills and the ability to set priorities and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. 

Attracting approximately $35,000 per annum, this is a full-time, permanent position within Council.
