EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICER
FIVE MONTH RELIEF POSITION
Council currently has available a high-level administration position within the Chief Executive Officers Department. The Executive Support Officer is responsible for providing the highest standard of administrative and secretarial assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, Council’s Executive Team and Councillors.
Applications are invited from people who have excellent communication skills, a high competency with software including word, publisher and excel and the ability to work effectively in a high pressured environment. Demonstrable time management and organisational skills combined with good customer relations and the ability to work in a team environment are also essential.
Attracting approximately $740.00 per week, this is a full time five month long service relief position from May to September 2007.
