STOCK SELLING COMPLEX TEAM LEADER
Swan Hill Rural City Council is looking to appoint a skilled professional to oversee the operation of Council’s Stock Selling Complex based in Swan Hill.
The position monitors all aspects of stock sales including liaison with agents and buyers, adherence to quality assurance requirements, complex maintenance, business promotion and marketing, management reporting and staff supervision.
Applicants will have demonstrated knowledge and experience within the general livestock industry, stock handling and trading, NLIS requirements, Australian Standards and quality assurance. General administration, staff management and clear evidence of effective problem solving and decision-making combined with strong communication skills are also required.
Salary: This is a full-time position attracting a total package of up to $58,000 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. Options are also available for commuter use of a vehicle and superannuation salary sacrifice.
