ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
PIONEER SETTLEMENT
An opening currently exists at the Pioneer Settlement for an Administrative Officer to oversee the customer service function for front of house reception and undertake administrative duties associated with the business and financial operations of the Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement.
Duties will involve merchandising, stock control, mail processing, rosters, maintenance of petty cash, data collection and analysis, wages, invoicing and general administration, always to the highest possible standards of presentation and communication.
Applicants must be customer focused and team orientated, have well developed oral and written communication skills, be organised with the ability to set own work priorities and operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Salary: Attracting approximately $21.20 per hour ($808.36 per week), this is a permanent full time position.
