ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
HEALTH & REGULATORY SERVICES DEPARTMENT
(12 Month Placement)
An opportunity exists for a highly skilled administrator to assist with clerical and administration duties within Council’s Health & Regulatory Services Departments. Duties will involve providing assistance with reception and secretarial support to the Officers and Programs within the Health & Regulatory Services Departments.
The incumbent will liaise directly with the Health & Regulatory Services Department staff and have involvement in administration associated with Immunisation, Environmental Health and Local Laws. This is a diverse and exciting role which will expose the incumbent to a variety of Council programs.
Applications are sought from people who have strong communication skills, are competent with software including word, excel and publisher and have the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment. Time management and planning skills combined with a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team environment are also essential.
Salary: Attracting approximately $808.00 per week ($42,034.72 per annum), this is a temporary full time position for 12 months.
