ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – COMMERCIAL SERVICES
An opening currently exists in the Commercial Services area for an Administrative Officer to assist with administration and clerical duties associated with Council’s Commercial requirements, property sales, risk management and contract management processes.
Duties will involve administration such as preparation of contract documentation, advertising, property sales and Risk Management, maintenance of various Commercial Services database registers, contract records and Risk E-map system.
Applicants must possess Higher School Certificate or equivalent, be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of property disposal and transfer procedures understand Risk Management, and have the ability to set priorities and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Salary: Approximately $37,000 this is a full-time, permanent position within Council
