PERFORMING ARTS DIRECTOR
Council seeks an enthusiastic, proactive team player to undertake the programming, management, and development of the Performing Arts program to the wider community.
The permanent part time position (4 days per week) requires someone with experience in theatre operation, extensive knowledge of the performing arts industry, in addition to management of budgets and projects. The flagship annual event is the George Fairfax Memorial Regional Schools Theatre Festival.
The program is partly funded by Arts Victoria, and will require meeting of funding requirements in addition to community and audience consultation to ascertain satisfaction levels.
Salary: This is a permanent part time position attracting approximately $54,000, including overtime and superannuation.
