HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM LEADER
PART TIME 8 MONTH MATERNITY RELIEF POSITION
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Team Leader's role offers exposure to all facets of human resources including enterprise bargaining, occupational health and safety, WorkCover, industrial relations, policy development, recruitment and training.
Applicants should have relevant qualifications with some experience in public or private enterprise, demonstrated leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills and be adaptable, flexible and well organised. High levels of energy and drive are required along with an innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently.
Salary: Attracting approximately $28.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience, this is an eight-month maternity relief position within Council offered at 4 days per week.
