ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – COMMERCIAL SERVICES

9 MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE POSITION

An opening currently exists in the Commercial Services area for an Administrative Officer to assist with administration and clerical duties associated with Council's Commercial requirements, property sales, procurement and contract administration processes.

Duties will involve administration such as preparation of contract documentation, advertising, property sales, purchasing, and maintenance of various Commercial Services database registers and oversee Council's stationery requirements and office deliveries.

Applicants must possess Higher School Certificate or equivalent, be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of property disposal and transfer procedures understand stock control and purchasing principles and have the ability to set priorities and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Salary: Approximately $40,600 per annum this is a temporary, full-time position within Council for 9 months
