AGED AND DISABILITY ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
TEMPORARY 12 MONTH POSITION
The Administration Officer acts as the first point of contact for the Program, gathering and providing accurate information for existing and potential clients and other persons involved with Aged and Disability Services. In particular, to assist the Team Leader to maintain efficient service deliveries and to provide high level administrative and clerical support.
Duties include phone and personal contact with clients and Aged & Disability team members, data entry in specialised software and assisting with invoicing and staff rostering and payroll.
Applicants should possess a commitment to quality customer service, excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful manner. A sound understanding of the philosophy of home and community care and experience in working with people who are aged, frail or have a disability is also desirable.
Salary: Attracting approximately $38,700 this is a full time temporary position for 12 months within Council, hours of work will be 8.00am to 4.36pm Monday to Friday.
