VISITOR SERVICES COORDINATOR
An opening within the Pioneer Settlement has enabled the development of the new position of Visitor Services Coordinator. This senior position is accountable for overseeing the effective coordination of front of house requirements, the Pioneer Settlement's accommodation facility, The Lodges, and volunteer functions to ensure appropriate service delivery to visitors and guests of the Pioneer Settlement.
The successful applicant will be committed to provision of high level customer service, and possess appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated extensive experience in Hospitality or related fields. Applicants also require human and resource management experience including stock control and rostering, have negotiation and conflict management skills and be adaptable, flexible and well organised. High levels of energy and drive are required along with an innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently.
Position requirements will include weekend and evening work on a rostered basis.
Salary: Approximately $63,000 per annum this is a permanent full time position.
