ADMINISTRATION OFFICER ROBINVALE RESOURCE CENTRE
The Administration Officer assists the Robinvale Resource Centre Co-ordinator in the day to day operations of the Robinvale Resource Centre, inclusive of duties for the Swan Hill Rural City Council, visiting services and Agencies.
Duties include reception service for all telephone and counter inquiries and personal contact with clients, the community & team members. Arrange appointments for clients using the Robinvale Resource Centre. Provide general office administration duties
Applicants should possess a commitment to quality customer service, excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful manner. Be able to maintain confidentiality, and loyalty at all times. To possess advisory, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with clients visiting the centre.
Salary: Attracting approximately $38,700 this is a full time permanent position.
