PROPERTIES OFFICER
Maternity Relief Position
Part Time - 20 hours per week
Swan Hill Rural City Council seeks to appoint a skilled person to the Engineering Services Department to oversee the operation of all Council owned and managed buildings.
This position will monitor and control Council buildings, activities including contract monitoring, user charge and security processes.
Applicants will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in building maintenance, utilities administration, and clear evidence of effective problem solving and decision-making. Highly developed communication skills and attention to detail are required, while broad local government knowledge and experience in contract supervision and administration is desirable.
Salary and Work Hours
This is a part time maternity relief placement to end January 2010, attracting $23.00 per hour. Hours and days of work are negotiable.
