SWAN HILL INCORPORATED

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER 

Applications are invited for the part time position of Swan Hill Incorporated Administration Officer.  This position is accountable to the Regional Marketing Coordinator for the effective, efficient, professional and courteous provision of administration and clerical support to the Board of Swan Hill Incorporated and its associated Industry Sector Committees (SH Inc).  SH Inc is responsible for the promotion and marketing of the Swan Hill region as a place to live, work, shop invest and visit. 

The successful applicant will assist with the coordination of meetings, preparation of meeting agendas, minutes and reports and will have the ability to perform a wide range of tasks whilst making an active contribution to the team environment.

Salary: Approximately $20.00 per hour, this position is permanent part time working 2 days per week, including occasional evening work.
