CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
(TEMPORARY FULL TIME)
An opening currently exists in Councils Customer Service area for a Customer Services Officer to assist with word processing, reception, clerical and administrative support. Duties involve direct contact with Council customers, switchboard operation, general administration, including the use of spreadsheets and some revenue responsibilities.
Applicants must be committed to high standards of presentation and customer service, have well developed oral and written communication skills and the ability to set priorities and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Salary: Approximately $20 per hour this is a temporary full-time position within Council for 6 months
Applications Close: 4.00pm on Wednesday, 2 September 2009. It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Tuesday, 8 September 2009, with a proposed starting date being 21 September 2009 or earlier.
