INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
The Information Technology Administration Officer is accountable to the Information & Technology Manager to provide effective, efficient and courteous provision of administration and clerical support for Council's Information Technology Services department including the provision of Service Desk duties to Council staff.
Duties include meeting coordination, record keeping and reporting, standard financial administration processing and IT Service Desk Coordination.
Applicants should possess a commitment to quality customer service, excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful manner. Being able to maintain confidentiality and loyalty at all times is also essential. The successful applicant will also have the well developed negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: Attracting approximately $44,000 per annum, this is a full time permanent position.
