VISITOR SERVICES TEAM LEADER

The Pioneer Settlement currently has available a temporary position leading the Visitor Services Team. The Visitor Services Team Leader will oversee front of house requirements, including stock control, front of house operations, merchandising and retail whilst assisting with resource allocation requirements throughout the Pioneer Settlement grounds on weekends.
The successful applicant will be committed to provision of high level customer service, and posses appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated extensive experience in Hospitality or related fields. Applicants also require human and resource management experience including stock control and rostering, have negotiation and conflict management skills and be adaptable, flexible and well organised. High levels of energy and drive are required along with an innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently.
Position requirements will include weekend and evening work on a rostered basis.
Salary: Attracting up to $59,000 per annum this is a temporary full time position for up to 12 months.
