ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – COMMUNITY CARE PACKAGES
Applications are invited from people who have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful manner, strong data management skills and the capacity to work alone, for the role of Administration Officer, Packaged Care.
This position is responsible to the Regional Packaged Care Coordinator for adequate provision of administration and support to the Loddon Mallee Local Government Consortium packaged care programs; Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH), Extended Aged Care at Home Dementia (EACHD).
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their high level of administration and clerical support, data management skills, customer service and an understanding of Packaged Care Programs.
Duties will include phone and personal contact with members of the Loddon Mallee Local Government Consortium and Aged & Disability Team members (across 10 local Councils), management of specialised software and support to its users, compiling data and preparing reports within timeframes.
This position has the capacity for flexible hours.
Salary: Attracting $46,000 per annum, this is a full time permanent position within Council.
