ASSISTANT REVENUE OFFICER
Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Revenue Officer within the Customer Services and Revenue section of Council. Accountable to the Senior Revenue Officer, this position administers specific revenue projects and general revenue duties including rating, receipting, valuations and customer service.
Applicants require well-developed oral communication skills, some knowledge of accounting practices, property ownership, rating and administration procedures, conflict resolution skills, HSC / VCE qualification and a knowledge of computerised software systems. The incumbent must also be able to work efficiently and effectively in a pressured and at times demanding environment.
Salary: Attracting approximately $44,000 per annum. This is a permanent full time role within Council.
