ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Applications are invited for the full time position of Swan Hill Incorporated Administration Officer. This position is accountable to the Economic Development and Tourism Executive for the effective, efficient, professional and courteous provision of administration and clerical support to the Board of Swan Hill Incorporated and its associated Industry Sector Committees. Swan Hill Incorporated is responsible for the promotion and marketing of the Swan Hill region as a place to live, work, shop invest and visit.
The successful applicant will assist with the coordination of meetings, preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, reports and financial statements. The applicant will also have the ability to perform a wide range of tasks including the preparation of press releases and members newsletters and will play a key role in the implementation of Swan Hill Incorporated's Seven Year Strategic Plan and Annual Marketing Plan and Budget.
Salary: Approximately $42,600 per annum, this is permanent full time position, including occasional evening work.
