Director Development and Planning 

Full-time contract position
Package circa $140k negotiable

The Director will lead a multi-disciplinary division across the areas of Statutory Planning, Building Services, Economic Development, Environmental Health, Pioneer Settlement business and Regulatory Services.

Applicants will have exceptional and influential communication skills, demonstrated with staff, the community and key stakeholders.  There will be clear evidence of effective problem solving and decision-making skills, exceptional project management skills and a commitment to outcomes.
