Media Release

Thursday, 17 September 2009

Swan Hill Rural City Council wishes to advise residents that due to the lighting poles being erected in McCrae Street this Sunday, 20 September, residents may experience minimal traffic disruptions along the street while the works take place.

Work on the lighting poles is expected to get underway from 8am and will finish in the early afternoon.

The works are expected to cause moderate traffic disruptions, including one side of McCrae Street for a few hours.

Traffic management will be in place during the works and Council reminds residents to ensure they obey all speed and other traffic restrictions in place while the lighting poles are being installed.

Swan Hill Rural City Council apologises for any inconvenience these works may cause.

For more information, please contact Project Manager Mazen Aldaghstani on 5036 2333.
