The free external Volunteer Skillsbank benefits both the individual volunteer and community organisations/clubs by way of:-
- Providing a centralised point for Volunteer Skillsbank members (volunteers) to be suitably matched with available opportunities;
- Enables those who register (volunteers and organisations) to browse through job listings and express interest in roles according to interests, skills and needs;
- Assists volunteer organisations to recruit, refer and link into available training opportunities.
Community organisations and volunteers are encouraged to take ownership of their own sites. On line access is available to all users cost free.
