The Volunteer Recognition Awards have been held at the Swan Hill Town Hall to great success.

Council's Volunteer Support Officer Jenny Astall said the evening, which was held on Saturday night, went exceptionally well with a great crowd and fantastic entertainment.
“It was a terrific evening and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended the event and congratulate the award winners,” she said.
“I would also like to thank all our sponsors, our entertainers and the awards committee for their hard work in leading up to this great night.”

“While the spotlight was deservedly on our award winners, this awards night was also about recognising and celebrating the remarkable work of all our volunteers across the municipality,” Ms Astall said.
