The Swan Hill Rural City Council, in accordance with the provisions of Section 163 of the Local Government Act 1989, has declared a special charge for the purpose of paying all costs associated with the construction of a footpath on the South side of Latje Road, between Donald Street and the Hospital.
It is proposed to construct a 1.2 metre wide concrete footpath.
Sections 163A and 223 of the Local Government Act give any person the right to make a submission to Council, within 28 days of the date of this notice.

Council will consider any submissions at its 15 December 2009 Ordinary Council Meeting.
