In accordance with section 55 of the Road Management Act 2004, notice is hereby given that the Swan Hill Rural City Council at its ordinary meeting of 20 October 2009 adopted an amended Road Management Plan.
The Plan sets out Council's standards in relation to inspection, maintenance and repair of municipal roads within the municipality, with regard to the type of road, the resources available and Council's policy and budgetary priorities.
Copies of Council's amended plan can be inspected or obtained from Council offices at 45 Splatt Street, Swan Hill; 72 Herbert Street, Robinvale; or accessed online at Council's website www.swanhill.vic.gov.au.
