Beveridge Street works update – Wednesday, 4 February

Work is progressing well on the Beveridge Street upgrade in Swan Hill. The first stage of the project will be completed in the coming weeks as the road pavement is removed, new pavement constructed and new asphalt laid.

This work will require Beveridge Street to be closed between Nyah Road and Pye Street from Monday, 9 February. This closure could last for up to four weeks, depending on work progress and weather.

During this time, temporary car parking will be in place in Pye Street.

Motorists are encouraged to be cautious in the area. We thank motorists, pedestrians and nearby residents and businesses for their patience during these traffic interruptions.

“Temporary carparking will be situated in Pye Street and any deliveries to businesses will be catered for where possible. We would like to thank all involved in the project up to date.”
