Swan Hill Rural City Council seeks proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of approximately 1.377 hectares of surplus land located at 71 to 77 Bromley Road, Robinvale.
The land is currently zoned General Residential with no Development Overlay, however Council is seeking a commercial development (subject to planning approvals) on the land that will complement the amenity of the adjoining parkland and tourist areas.
