Customer Experience Officer

Maternity Leave Replacement.

Applications are sought for an experienced, qualified and highly skilled Customer Experience Officer within our Town Hall Performing Arts & Conference Centre. The highly motivated officer will support the operations of the Town Hall in all meetings, events and performances ensuring the effective, efficient and courteous reception, front office, box office, front of house and volunteer operations.

You will provide a high level of customer service, handle all enquiries and bookings for the venue, supervise front of house staff and volunteers and have strong administration skills.

The preferred applicant for this position will be asked to consent in writing to a Working with Children Check as part of the conditions of employment.

Salary

Attracting approximately $30.73 per hour, in addition superannuation is paid at 10.5%. This is a temporary part time position within Council, working 25 hours per week until December 2020.
