Community to give feedback on Council services

A community satisfaction survey is being conducted for residents in Swan Hill Rural City Council from Thursday, 18 February.

Swan Hill Rural City Council Director Corporate Services Joel Lieschke said residents may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.

“From Thursday, 18 February, for a period of up to three weeks, randomly selected households may receive a phone call on either their landline or mobile phone.

“The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Swan Hill Rural City Council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents,” Mr Lieschke said.

Mr Lieschke said details of individual responses are confidential and only the overall results will be shared with Council.

“We appreciate residents taking the time to assist us – this information will help is direct our strategic planning and make sure that we are meeting the expectations of our community,” he added.
