The SHRCC’s Rural hard waste collection for 2021 will be for the towns of Nyah, Nyah West, Managatang, Chinkapook, Vinifera, Boundary Bend, Piangil and Wood Wood.

This is a great service for residents in the above mentioned locations to clear out unwanted household items such as old furniture, white goods, scrap metal, empty clean paint cans, electrical appliances, tools, mowers, timber with nails bent over or removed.

This service is open to residents of the town areas only. No commercial materials will be accepted.
All items must be able to be easily lifted by two people and be no longer that 1.5m.

Please make sure that clear access is available to your nature strip on the collection day and avoid parking cars near the area of the hard waste for collection.

A brochure will be delivered to your mail box to provide you with clear information on what can be and what can’t be placed out for collection.

All items and materials for collection must be placed on nature strips prior to the morning of collection.
