Due to significant interest of the newly released stage prospective buyers are invited to register their interest by completing an online registration form via towerhill.swanhill.vic.gov.au, on Monday, 25 October 2021 from 9am to 12pm.
All online registration forms will be printed, allocated a unique number, and placed into a bag. Prospective buyers will be notified of their unique number via email. At 2pm, on the same day, a live-stream will take place and staff members from Council will draw out the registration forms and allocate blocks based on preference.
The process will be overseen by an independent member of Council’s Audit Committee. All prospective buyers will be notified of the outcome via email by 5pm, the same day.
The time in which these applications are received will have no impact on the final allocation of blocks, provided they are submitted on Monday, 25 October from 9am to 12pm.
Titles for the blocks are expected to be released late January 2022.
