Notice is hereby given that Swan Hill Rural City Council has prepared a proposed Budget for the financial year 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
Copies of the proposed Budget are available on Council’s website at www.swanhill.vic.gov.au or by contacting Council offices. Any person wanting to make a submission on the Proposed Budget pursuant to Councils Community Engagement Policy must lodge their submission by 4pm on Friday, 20 May 2022.
Submissions can be made online at www.swanhill.vic.gov.au, via email to email@example.com or in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Swan Hill Rural City Council, PO Box 488, Swan Hill 3585.
Submitters should note that all submissions are made available to the public in full (including any personal information).
Any person making a submission is entitled to request (in the submission itself) to be heard in support of the submission.
All submissions will be received, heard and considered at a Special Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 31 May 2022 in the Council Chambers, Swan Hill Town Hall, 53-57 McCallum St, Swan Hill starting at 1pm. If no submissions are received, Council will consider whether to amend or adopt the Budget.
If submissions are received, Council will consider whether to amend or adopt the Budget at a Special Council meeting to be held at 1pm on Tuesday, 7 June 2022.
