A community satisfaction survey is being conducted for residents in our Municipality from Monday, 30 January 2023, running through until mid-March.
Swan Hill Rural City Council Director Corporate Services, Bhan Pratap said residents may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
“From Monday, 30 January, for a period of up to three weeks, randomly selected households may receive a phone call on either their landline or mobile phone.”
“The survey has been designed to assess the performance of our Council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents,” Mr Pratap said.
Mr Pratap said details of individual responses are confidential and only the overall results will be shared with Council.
“We appreciate residents taking the time to assist us – this information will help direct our strategic planning and make sure we are meeting the expectations of our community,” he added.
