Under the Local Government Act 2020, Council must set quality and cost standards for Council services. These quality and cost standards and targets are prepared and set for Council services and reported on annually.
The Local Government Act 2020 requires Council to review its operations to ensure that the services provided to the community represent ‘Good Value”.
