You must apply to amend your building permit if, during building:
- any aspect of the design changes, or
- there is a change to builder or practitioner details
If your permit was issued by a private building surveyor, please contact them directly.

What Happens Next?
After your request has been submitted, a member of the Building Services team will assess your application. We may contact you if additional information is required.
If your application is approved, you will receive a copy of your amended building permit and updated stamped plans.
