Vacation care

Vacation care operates during school holidays from 8am to 6pm each weekday (except public holidays, the last week of December and the first week of January).

We provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea everyday. Alternatives are available for children with allergies and intolerances.

Throughout the vacation program children are provided with opportunities throughout the day to participate in activities such as:

gym games
ga ga ball
arts and crafts
cooking
social play including construction
theme days

Step 1.Check that your child is able to use this service

Your child must be:

Attending a local primary school
We are unable to accommodate vacation care bookings for students from St Mary’s or Swan Hill North Primary Schools. Alternative options are available by contacting St Mary’s Primary School directly.
Enrolled in the OOSH Program
If your child is not enrolled in the OOSH program, fill in an enrolment application first.

Step 2.Decide what days you would like your child to attend

Children can attend on a daily or weekly basis subject to availability.

Step 3.Complete the online application

Only one Vacation Care booking form is required for all your children, unless their days attending vary.
