Swan Hill Rural City Council has seven Councillors elected as representatives for all residents and ratepayers across the municipality. They have responsibility for setting the strategic direction for the municipality, policy development, identifying service standards and monitoring performance across the organisation.

Election campaign donation returns

In accordance with section 306 of the Local Government Act 2020, each candidate in a local government election is required to submit an election Campaign Donation Return to the Chief Executive Officer of the Council within 40 days of election day.
