AXIS Employment offers a Transition to Work (TtW) program that directly focuses on young individuals. Transition to Work is a service that supports young people in making successful transition into meaningful education or employment. The service is designed specifically for those aged 15-24 who are not in education or work, and aims to help young people find and maintain employment, or build skills through vocational education and training.

Our TtW program is tailored to meet your individual needs and our dedicated Youth Consultants will provide you with the employment support that allows you to reach your full potential. To help you into appropriate employment or education opportunities, including apprenticeships and traineeships, we will:

•  Provide you with career advice that is relevant to your skills and interest.
•  Help you develop practical skills and confidence to become work-ready.
• Source education and training options.
• Find job opportunities, including work experience placements.
• Connect you with relevant local community services.

Who will be eligible?

• Aged 15-24
• Australian Citizen
• Not employed or in education
