Flinch sees participants signing up to help a documentarian who has developed a special kind of camera that she is certain is capable of capturing “spirits” on film….

She has a theory that “ghosts” as we know them, are manifestations of extreme emotions that are left behind where humans lived in the past.

Her team, including the participants, are going to try to lure out the traces of that extreme emotion and capture some apparitions on film.

But as they journey into the dark, the participants soon discover that the documentarian may have more in mind for them than just help with filming – what they really are is bait……….

And there seems to be more in the dark than just “apparitions”.

Something very solid and very frightening is definitely hunting them. Now, they face a harrowing attempt to get out of the shadows, before they are consumed by them!
