Natalie is a Swan Hill local whose passion for yoga, somatics, and embodiment spans more than three decades. Her approach has been shaped by immersive years living and training in ashrams across Australia and India, where yoga was embodied as a spiritual practice and way of life. Over the past decade, her teaching has been strongly influenced by the work of renowned yogini and sacred activist Shiva Rea.

Natalie weaves traditional yoga with feminine embodiment, grounded wisdom, and warmth, offering a gentle, trauma-informed, and deeply nurturing practice that supports deep relaxation, reconnection, and renewal.

Chakra brings over three decades of devotion to kirtan, weaving mantra, music, and meditation as pathways to connection and transformation. Trained in Nada Yoga through the Bihar School of Yoga, he is the founder of Chant Yoga and co-creator of The Chant and Chai Cartel, a pioneering Melbourne kirtan community.

Through sacred sound, voice, and vibration, Chakra creates immersive experiences that invite deep presence, healing, and heartfelt connection.
