Swan Hill Rural City Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the purchase of the following property:

Property: 103 Curlewis Street, Swan Hill VIC 3585
Zoning: Commercial 1
Land Area: Approximately 1,104 m²

Council is seeking submissions from parties who can demonstrate capability and vision for the future use of the site, consistent with planning requirements.

EOIs will be assessed on:

  • Price
  • Proposed use and development vision
  • Settlement terms
