Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking community feedback on its proposal to sell the property at 103 Curlewis Street, Swan Hill through an Expression of Interest process.
Mayor Cr Stuart King said Council wants to hear from the community before making a formal decision to sell.
“If you live, work or have an interest in the area, we’d really like to know your thoughts,” Cr King said.
Community members can share their feedback by midday, Friday 21 November 2025. Submissions can be made online via the submission form on Let’s Talk, by email to council@swanhill.vic.gov.au, or by post to PO Box 488, Swan Hill VIC 3585.
Cr King said anyone who provides a written submission can also ask to speak to Council in person (or have someone represent them) at a meeting to be held after the submission period.
“Once submissions close, Council will review all feedback before deciding whether to go ahead with the sale,” he said.
