This initiative, funded under the Growing Regions Fund Round 1, is a key component of the riverfront revitalization effort. It will transform the area into a modern, inclusive community space, enhancing public access and strengthening the site's long-term resilience. 

This project phase involves the reconstruction of a 10-step structure (20m long × 12m wide) to enhance structural integrity and public accessibility.

Any dates provide are subject to contract agreement, weather conditions and any other unforeseen delays.
