Request a copy of the pool/spa registration letter

You may need a copy of your pool or spa registration letter if:

  • You no longer have the original letter issued by Council
  • You have recently purchased a property with a registered pool or spa and did not receive a copy of the registration letter

The registration letter includes important information such as:

  • The recorded construction date of the pool or spa
  • The applicable barrier safety standard
  • The next Certificate of Barrier Compliance due date

Step 1.Have your details ready

You will need to provide:

  1. the street address of the property
  2. if you are applying on behalf of the property owner you must provide a letter of consent that is signed by the owner

Step 2.Have your credit card ready

Please note we can not accept Diners Club or American Express.

Step 3.Submit the online form and pay the fee

Step 4.Recently purchased the property?

If you have recently purchased a property with a pool or spa, additional steps are required including updating ownership details.
