Request a copy of the pool/spa registration letter

If you need a copy of the original letter sent to you regarding your pool and/or spa registration, you can submit a request online.

How to make a request

You will need to provide:

the street address of the property
if you are applying on behalf of the property owner you must provide a letter of consent that is signed by the owner

Please note we can not accept Diners Club or American Express.

A member of staff will email you the registration letter within 7 business days.
